HUMAN RIGHTS IN COLOMBIA AND ALL AROUND THE WORLD


Human Rights had appeared based of phased that were improved know as generations.
The first generation is related to self and especificly  is adressed to equality facing the law,right to live,freedom,a fair trial,freedom of speech and religious freedoom as well.
The second generation takls about a individual as part of a political  community; its objective is to enlarge  civil protection in political,economic and social aspects such as salary and health services.The second generation envolves groups of people or communities,ecology,herriatge property,respect and many others.
 In colombia over the years many other rights had been discussed  such as enviromental rights and sexual and reproductive rights but these had not been implemented fully like in other countries.

The international humanitarian law are international policies  driven to reduce the consecuences of armed conflict to which Colombia is not stranger.Before this law was formed,the rules that existed were occasional and two-sided  protection methods for victims.

It emerged due to the necesity of taking control and limit usage of means for war and the humanitarian principle was meant to protect victims,Through Henry Dunant witnessing The Battle of Solferino liberated by Napoleon III,In 1862 he launch a book in which proposed:
The Ginebra´s Right for civil protection outside of war field and Haya´s Right that imits weapons usage and triggering attacks or practices.

Eventhough Colombia´s state has made several decisions towars armed conflict and its consecuences over half of the population has been affected and violated rights such as education,dignity, had been victims of forced migration,children explotation and banned form their freedom.

After half a centurie later Colombia´s state has made great and horrible decisions,has overcome many obstacles and hide many others.Colombia is a bautiful country that has risen form ashes and has many great to offer despite of conflict and political corruption and violated human rights.We should focus on them rather than be ful of sorrow and jugdement,but i´m not saying we should ignore them rather to make our contribution too, in our own neighborhood or comunity.
